  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to collect the parcel from your doorstep at a convenient time.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
